Well, beside the camouflage jerseys, Napoli also uses a more traditional alternate jersey this season. While we may expect this one to be white, the Napolitans actually have been using yellow as their preferred away color, which actually fits well.
With this yellow jersey, Napoli actually returned to a more classic design with a light blue sash running across it and nicely encompassing the club’s crest along the way. Also the collar design is nicely visible as it is light blue as on all current Napoli jerseys. I am, however, still not a fan of the white-blue bands protruding past the original collar. Also, the black macron logo is a bit in contradiction with the rest of the jersey as are the two sponsors.
The back is a plain yellow and names and numbers are applied in light blue, thus keeping the common theme of the jersey. Maybe the little blue stubble on the left shoulder looks odd, but that is where the sash is coming in.
I guess, this would have been a great regular away jersey and not been demoted to alternate. As I said before, it has a much more classic look and thus deserves higher marks than either of the current away jerseys (regular or extreme).
