Borussia Dortmund (Third 2013-15)

Wait, unbelievably there is one more Dortmund jersey for this season! I am however not sure if that one has been used so far. Still, for completeness’ sake, let’s have a look:

Unsurprisingly, the jersey comes in white – a color choice Dortmund has used on previous away jerseys. The template is similar to the one used for the Olympiacos away jersey, but applied differently. Instead of having dark stripes running down the shoulders and the right chest, these are hidden by filling the shoulders and the strikeout zone on the right with the same color creating a rather odd look. If they were in black it may look better, but for some reason a grey tone was chosen. x Not good, especially when coupled with the bright yellow Puma logos and (most annoyingly) the yellow sleeve trims. The Puma logo on the front is also riding quite high, creating an uneven look. Also, why is the V-neck in white? I won’t comment on the sponsor’s color anymore, but at least it is well placed. I have no images of the back but it is presumably white with names and numbers applied in black the same way as on the club’s home jersey.

Of all five (!!!) jersey this easily takes the prize for the worst one. If it was more symmetrical and actually featured black then Dortmund would have been on to something. This way, we get a low score.
